In particular, it is known that the prosecution, which dispatched the most manpower to Upbit, also seized and searched the offices related to ‘Dunamu & Partners’, which initially invested in Luna. According to an official from the prosecution, who is well aware of the matter, it is known that the Hap Sudan is investigating Kwon’s Tera-related fraud and fraudulent receipts, as well as allegations of corruption such as tax evasion. On the 20th of last month, the group has narrowed the investigation network by summoning former employees of Terraform Labs as a reference person for investigation and bans the departure of working-level staff.
